We offer FREE and easy returns within the US only on all orders within 100 days of receiving the item. Any unworn, new product in the same condition as was received, may be returned for a full refund or store credit. If you want to return an item, please first reach out to customer service. Once we have received your return, we will refund you by your original payment method.
Any customized piece of jewelry will have a 30 percent restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Email us to start your return.
